Twelve years ago today I whelped my very first litter out of my Pepper. Our Hoyt was the father. We brought 6 happy healthy black labradors into the world that day. I was so ignorant on the ways of dog breeding, but luckily our Pepper stepped up and showed me the ropes. My how far we have come.

my daughter is flipping out over the puppy dog pictures. She really wants a dog. Guess we are gonna have to get around to getting her one. =)
How old is she? Kids and dogs can be best buds or worst enemies. Just do lots of research before hand to make it a fairytale and not a nightmare.
