What's Cooking Wednesday

This is a cold pizza recipe. It was originally a pampered chef recipe, but I tweaked it a little to make it even healthier. The crust is a package of reduced fat crescent rolls layed out and rolled together with a rolling pin and then baked. The bottom layer is reduced fat cream cheese spread on the bottom of the cooled crust then sprinkled with dill and garlic. Then add any chopped veggies you like and a little cheese on top if you prefer. The veggies I used were mushrooms onions broccoli cauliflower red bell pepper and tomato, but the possibilities are endless. It makes a wonderful appetizer. I usually cut it into 24 squares, each square has just over 100 calories,. What ever is left over I eat for lunch or as mini snacks.
